What still needs permission
Commercial use of an adapted version is not covered by either licence — that combination, or any use beyond the terms above, requires written permission. Some of the work is concepts which can be licenced for commercial use. Contact contact@packaging.art; requests are considered case by case.

Scope of these licences
These licences apply only to Art of Packaging's own photographic and design work. They do not extend to any third-party brand, trademark, identity, or product design that may appear in an image; those remain the property of their owners and are not licensed here.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
